My Sweet Baboo is shy about having his face in the photo, but agreed to do these neck down shots. I LOVE how this looks on him! It fits him so well! And after issues of gauge, issues of striping (which I didn't totally resolve), issues of arm decrease calculations, and issues of only working on this very slowly because if I wasn't around my BKFF I was working on her gift!

The best part of the whole thing is that it really FITS him!! His arms are long and thin, most of his shirts have sleeves that are a smidge short leaving his wrists hanging out in the breeze, but since this was custom made for him, the sleeves are PERFECT!!
The neckline is really simple and I have to admit, I was a wee bit skeptical if it would look nice. I was pleasantly surprised! So much so I had to take 2 pictures of it! Note the dog hair in the photo below, I still need to wash and block the sweater.
The yarn is Cascade 220 Paints - in Blue. I LOVE Cascade 220 - I'm convinced it is just one of the best yarns in the WORLD! It may not be the most luxurious, it isn't silk or qiviut, but it is soft, consistent, reliable, stretchy, comes in a variety of colors and styles, and is all-around great - just like my Sweet Baboo!
